All estimates are based on when the order is fulfilled and handed to the courier.
We endeavour to do this within the same day or at the latest 24 hours of the order being placed. However, we have a cut-off time of 14:00h UK time latest for the same day.
Please note our warehouse is closed Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. During this time no orders are fulfilled.
An order placed on a Friday afternoon, Weekend or a Public Holiday will not be fulfilled till the next business day.
Free shipping option/s are available for all UK orders over £50.00. Delivery time is calculated based on when the order is fulfilled and handed over to the courier.
All orders over £100.00 are sent free of charge with Amazon 24h and is estimated to be delivered 24 hours after handed over to Amazon.
European orders are sent via Standard shipping (Deutsche Post/DHL) starting from £2.99 depending on the country or via Premium shipping (FedEx Priority) starting from £7.49 depending on the country.
Expected delivery time varies for each country.
Standard shipping is not available for every country as it does not provide satisfactory service in some regions.
All orders going to rest of world are shipped via FedEx Priority starting from £14.99. Expected delivery times vary per region.
